I am a strategic marketer and recent postgraduate from Conestoga College School of Business. I have a background in Strategic Marketing Communications and worked at Affinity Marketing alongside, where I explored both the art and science of communication.
I never planned to fall in love with marketing. But before I knew what it was, I was already under its spell, drawn to apps I could not put down and packaging that made me fall in love before I even knew the product. Now, I use words, research, and a love for simplicity in storytelling that feels like it is speaking directly to the audience.

‘Nails by Pakhi’ is my personal brand which began as just a side hustle, but enabled me a hands-on experience as a marketer. I learnt delivering quality customer experiences, building a brand identity, and marketing it in the digital space. I worked on creating the branding elements and promotional content, and applied whatever I could that I was learning alongside in Marketing from my college.
It gave me something no textbook could, hands-on experience in audience psychology, branding, social media strategy, and customer retention. It was the perfect blend of art and marketing that helped me refine my skills and grow as a marketer.
Creating a Marketing Plan for Conestoga Esports is one of the most defining moments of my postgradion journey. I worked on building a comphensive branding strategy and campaigns for Conestoga Esports where I led the creative direction.
I led the development of one of the three campaign ideas we presented and the core concept of the plan, that is, building a strategic brand identity. I performed primary research for which I interviewed students from different university and campuses to understand different perspectives around gaming.
Further, I created the presentation script using storytelling that tied everything together which earned a standing ovation from the panel. It helped the team map out the entire delivery strategy, giving our plan a purpose and a voice.
This project enabled to grow significantly as a marketer and ingrained in me confidence to bring my skills in my professional endeavours ahead.
