Designer at SpotCo

Design key art and branding for Broadway and institutional theater. Design sample ads, in-situation mock-ups, and social media content for client presentations. Provide style guides and a variety of sample layouts for production design team to follow. Collaborate with social media and advertising departments to expand the show’s brand – including photo opps, events, installations, and social content. Manage the design and coordination of pitch decks for potential new business presentations. Designed graphic murals for SpotCo’s conference rooms and a regularly updated installation for our office lobby. Worked with Gail Anderson and Joe Newton to refresh the branding and advertising for the reopening of the Lion King on Broadway. Provided research and design for a typography book by Steven Heller and Gail Anderson.

Planned and designed interior and exterior 2D and 3D signage and other environmental graphics on the walls, floors, staircases, and elevators for a food market in Manhattan.

Designer at Visual Arts Press

Designed various promotional items for the School of Visual Arts including brochures, social media posts, email banners, posters, swag, and the SVA shuttle bus.

Exhibition Designer at Long Island Music Hall of Fame

Created two large-scale exhibitions for the hall of fame: Billy Joel: My Life in 2023 and The Legendary Club Scene in 2022. Led the projects from start to finish – including initial concept sketches, floor and build plans and graphic design. Responsible for visual identity and all graphics for the exhibition. Responsible for directing builders, printers, installers, and copywriters.

Assistant to the Chair at School of Visual Arts

Research, prepare, and deliver weekly presentations on a variety of topics for freshman and sophomore intro to design classes. Design email blasts, posters, and social media content to promote department events and announcements to encourage student involvement. Research, design and produce three large-scale exhibitions for the school. Collaborate with SVA’s in-house design studio to design an annual book of student work. Review, score and provide feedback for over 400 end-of-year sophomore and junior portfolios.
