    uniE621 Residential & Commercial Complex
The facade I have designed showcases a combination of classical and neoclassical architecture. The overall form of the building, with its columns, structured framing, decorative balconies, and warm lighting, evokes a sense of authenticity and grandeur. Design Concept: This facade reflects European architecture from the 18th and 19th centuries, conveying a sense of order, stability, and magnificence through the use of golden proportions, symmetry, and decorative elements. At the same time, precise lighting and attention to detail transform the building into a prominent urban landmark at night. The combination of stone-textured materials and large windows with classical arches emphasizes luxury, authenticity, and historical identity. This design represents a kind of respect for the past while creating a connection between history and modernity, where contemporary technology and lifestyle merge with classical patterns to shape a beautiful and enduring space.
