Work independently and collaboratively with the marketing team on multiple projects simultaneously, managing five or more projects while meeting deadlines and budget constraints. Assess existing design processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing solutions to enhance design capabilities. Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video assets. Translate strategic objectives into high-quality designs that align with established brand identities. Develop concepts using hand sketches or design software, optimizing color, typography, imagery, and layout to create original content.
