    Alice's Adventure Through the Masque of the Red Death Short Film

    This was my 2D animated short film I produced during my time at VFS, Thanks to the nature of the program I was able to spend three months working on pre-production including but not limited to, concept art, storyboarding, and layout. Once pre-production was finalized we had three months to fully animate and finish our films, I put a lot of effort into both my backgrounds as well as my character animation. I was incredibly dedicated to my concept so I worked an incredible amount of overtime to ensure my film was hitting all of the beats I wanted it to. There were many aspects of production I was passionate about so I ended up with a film that has an emphasis on not only background design but also character animation and effects animation. Due to the ambitious nature of my project time-management became an essential part of my process, I needed to be incredibly strategic about where I wanted to put the majority of my effort in to ensure my final project looked complete and cohesive.
