Designed and implemented a high-performance healthcare patient report generation system using Node.js and modern cloud technologies. Developed backend API using Express.js and Mongoose/MongoDB for CRUD operations and data management. Integrated Redis with BullMQ to manage report generation tasks, setting up queues and workers for asynchronous processing. Used the AWS SDK to securely store generated reports in S3 buckets. Worked on Bonsai, an open-source Blender add-on integrating Building Information Modeling (BIM) capabilities into Blender to work with Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) files. Developed a web-based UI to extend Blender's functionalities. Used Python’s SocketIO to build a web server for real-time communication. Used Python’s asyncio with threads to start the server, connect Bonsai, and apply operations. Created frontend components with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to display Spreadsheets, Gantt Charts, and SVG data from Bonsai.
