I’m a highly motivated software engineer who has recently completed my BSc (Hons) in Computing with a Second-Class Honours Grade 1 (2:1). During my internship at DOCOsoft, I gained practical experience working on both frontend and backend technologies. I enjoy learning new technologies and have developed side projects to expand my skills further.

For my final year project, I built NoteMax, a note-taking web application and Chrome extension featuring AI integrations, real-time collaboration, and reminder notifications. I’m passionate about creating full stack applications and continuously advancing my knowledge in software development.

For my final year project, I received a distinction for developing NoteMax, a note-taking web
application and chrome extension, using Vue.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
Here, users can create, edit, favourite, share, summarize and delete notes, as well as set
reminders, which when triggered, deliver a chrome push notification, and an email reminder
using Azure Communication Services. Real-time collaboration and synchronization on shared
and owned notes are done using Socket.IO (WebSockets).

This application also incorporates AI-powered features through Azure deployments, including a
note summariser that uses GPT-3.5 Instruct to condense content, as well as a chatbot that
serves as an AI assistant within the app. Users can interact with the chatbot to ask questions
and submit prompts, powered by GPT-3.5 Turbo.

This project showed my ability to develop a full stack application from scratch showcasing
relevant skills and technologies in the development process.

Reconfigured code to allow multilingual support instead of hard coded English. Participated in daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress on assigned and upcoming tasks.
