Built the app’s Flutter architecture from the ground up and grew into leading the wider engineering team. Owns Flutter architecture and technical direction for iOS and Android, covering state management, API integration, Firebase connections, authentication, and releases. Runs day-to-day engineering execution (task assignment, sprint planning, standups, handoffs). Translates leadership/product priorities into technical plans focused on MVP needs. Integrates third-party SDKs and payment flows, manages App Store/Google Play releases, sets coding standards and architectural conventions, writes onboarding documentation, and reports risks/blockers to leadership.

Developed and evolved Flutter architecture ownership, including state management, API integration, Firebase connections, authentication, coding standards, and release-related responsibilities across iOS and Android.

Built enterprise Flutter applications for banking, insurance, industrial, and healthcare clients using Clean Architecture and MVVM for testability and team scaling. Led Firebase integrations (Auth, Firestore, Crashlytics) and third-party auth via ForgeRock. Wrote secure native Android/iOS components in Kotlin and Swift, and contributed backend code in Java/Spring Boot to improve integration decisions. Added logging/diagnostics and encryption safeguards, collaborated with product/design/backend teams across time zones, introduced TDD with Gherkin, and mentored junior developers.
