Managed an extremely complex and media-attracted project by working in a cross-disciplinary team from Discovery through Beta. Championed the GDS Service Standard, challenged complex technical and stakeholder requirements, and explored generative AI using Pega Blueprint for dynamic content and personalized user testing scenarios.

Lead designer for a new native app for the Department for Transport, recording road collision information for forensic investigation units.
