My name is Diana Elisa Zambrano Morales, and I am a multidisciplinary professional with academic training in music, human resources management, and media management. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Media and Convergence Management at the University of Klagenfurt in Austria, where I continue to develop my skills in communication, management, and digital environments. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Music with a major in Violin from the Escuela Superior de Música at the Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila. During this time, I was a member of the first violin section of the Orquesta Filarmónica del Desierto de Coahuila de Zaragoza and actively participated in contemporary music projects, including the recording of a CD featuring works by local composers as the leader of the Cecil violin quartet. In parallel, I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, which broadened my perspective on administration and organizational development. My professional experience includes university teaching in Business Administration, Sales, and Marketing, as well as working in the pharmaceutical industry as a Medical Sales Representative, where I built professional relationships with healthcare specialists and supported the organization of medical events and conventions. I have lived and worked in Germany and Austria as an Au Pair, experiences that significantly strengthened my intercultural competence and language skills. I am a native Spanish speaker, fluent in English (C1), and have an upper-intermediate level of German (B2). Currently based in Austria, I combine my academic development with professional experience in customer service and operational management within the hospitality sector.
