Integrated optimized LLM pipelines into AWS Lambda for scalable, serverless deployment. Implemented an evaluation framework for LLM predictions by comparing structured Pydantic models of ground truth and outputs, returning detailed metrics (accuracy, error, missing) for each field, including support for fuzzy string comparisons on semi-structured text fields. Benchmarked and optimized a Llama3-based parser using DSPy, outperforming GPT-4 by reducing per-request cost by ~63% and 99th percentile latency by ~57%, leading to total annual savings of ~$11,000.
