Some things I did at Croatia Osiguranje: creating Jasper Reports(PL/SQL), full-stack development, working with Spring framework, debugging and creating software mainly in Java. I began my journey at Croatia Osiguranje as a Java software developer, where I quickly gained hands-on experience working on core systems. After just one year, I was promoted to team lead. In that role, I had the opportunity to guide a talented group of developers as we built a new insurance platform called Spektar Osiguranje from the ground up. It was a fast-paced, rewarding experience that helped me grow both technically and as a leader.

At Daidream, our mission was simple but ambitious — to make reading cool again. We set out to do that by creating a platform that generates its own interactive books and audiobooks for kids, blending storytelling with modern technology. As a technical co-founder, I wore many hats. I led the development of the mobile app across both Android and iOS, while also taking on responsibilities like managing company finances, building our product roadmap, and overseeing daily operations. Being involved in both the technical and business sides of the startup gave me invaluable hands-on experience in product development, leadership, and strategic decision-making. It was an intense and rewarding journey that helped me grow into a well-rounded engineering leader.
