Successfully led a renovation project for a damaged 5-story dormitory in Trier. Conducted complete on-site surveys and measurements. Produced all existing and execution plans using Vectorworks. Prepared detailed lists (window lists) with Microsoft Excel. Created specifications and quantity calculations for exterior and interior walls, suspended ceilings, floor areas, and roof coverings for all floors. Performed comparative analysis between the existing building before renovation and planned changes after renovation.
