Prepared Food Order Management Application

This application allows you to manage the product menu and allows customers to place orders by selecting a pickup time.

Main Features:

Simple and Intuitive Configuration: The application is easy to configure and allows you to enter the company’s master files, products, rates, work schedule, and other associated files, such as product groupings, rates, and allergens.

Simple Order Process: Customers can place orders easily, with the option to pay upon completion of the order or upon pickup. They will also receive an order receipt by email.

Efficient Order Management: Receiving requests generates a notification for the operator to view the order and verify it for possible delivery. Once verified, the time requested by the customer is assigned. This streamlined operation saves time by avoiding manual phone orders. The application will print the order receipt for preparation, tracking, and delivery, indicating the delivery method and payment status.

Counter Delivery Management: The app provides a dashboard for managing counter deliveries, manual orders, and confirmation of orders received via the web.

Configurable and connectable: Order payment methods, delivery intervals, and the number of deliveries per period can be configured. It can also be integrated with the customer’s payment gateway. The application allows viewing transactions, summarizing collections and payments, and identifying potential errors.

Additional features:
Work calendar: The application has a work calendar to manage delivery times.
Product control: Allows you to keep track of daily stocks, mark products as sold out and manage seasonal dates in which they are sold.
