paper Exercise Planning Tool for Professional Athletes & Medical Staff

    See My portfolio: emilyannlafferty.com

Weight training and endurance training (triathlons, biking, marathons, etc) for professional athletes carry health and safety risks, making it essential to use historical data for informed decision-making.

However, the current planning process is time-consuming and requires extensive back-and-forth between medical staff, coaches and other team members.

Our goals were to automate manual processes and reduce the number of hours users spent in the planning phase, ultimately saving them time. By incorporating performance data from past training, we aimed to provide more accurate predictions that improved decision-making. Just as importantly, we wanted potential users to feel excited about integrating the software into their day-to-day tasks, seeing it as a tool that made their work easier and more effective.
