    uniE621 Lanna Foundation
Lana Foundation is a non-profit organization designed to help raise funds for the Integrated Tribal Development Foundation. The goal is to help end poverty in the local hill tribe villages in Northern Thailand. With the long history of the Lanna Foundation’s humanitarian work, I wanted to design a website that captured their story while presenting the culture of partnership that drives their organization. The primary purpose of this site was to communicate the scope of Lanna’s vision and work. The website needed to be easy to navigate while capturing the beauty and imagery of the people of Northern Thailand. I have built several websites for non-profit organizations. For this project, Lanna’s extensive work inspired me to present the scope of their projects. To do this, I focused on the beautiful images and videos while keeping the text copy to a minimum. This approach enabled me to present their vision through sight and sound, letting the power of their message speak through the people they serve. uniE621 StayClose Furnished Housing
StayClose Furnished Housing is a small property rental business with a focus on housing for students. The website was previously on a property rental business platform, but the owners decided they wanted something a little more custom and fitting to their brand rather than looking like every other page on the platform. I began with developing their logo, using a simple, modern approach. The font would be used on the rest of the site for heading titles to create a cohesive feel and look. Since the site's primary focus was images to showcase the properties and to showcase a list of amenities, I created a layout that felt very much like an AirBnb styling, but slightly more customized to make it feel different enough to be specific to their look and feel. I also integrated the blog post function as a way to filter property listings, property availability, and used categories and tags to help showcase the feeds for each respective property. This would help with property posting dates and property availability listings that they would be able to manage. The design of the layout with the functionality made an easy-to-use website for my client that allowed them to showcase their properties without sacrificing their brand image. uniE621 Vinyeyard Pools
Vineyard Pools is a pool construction business located in the central valley of California. As a long standing and trusted company, their online presence needed an update to reflect their level of dedicated service to their clientele. In my initial conversations with Vineyard Pools, I discussed a design strategy that would create a clear call-to-action while showcasing their work in a very cohesive and aesthetically pleasing layout. It would be up to me to execute the design during the building process. The end result was an image focused site with clear direction to showcase their work. uniE621 Sierra Seal Coating
Sierra Seal Coating is a down-to-earth, family-run asphalt maintenance company with a laser-focus on protecting a practical yet essential part of your property—your driveway or parking surface. Their tagline, “Preserve. Protect. Seal.”, sums up how they think about every inch they work on. When we talked at the beginning, the goal wasn't a full brand overhaul but a refresh of clarity—making it immediately obvious why someone should sealcoat in the first place. The site opens by explaining how weather, water, and traffic chip away at asphalt over time—and how sealcoating is the simplest, most cost-effective way to extend its life. From there, “About” keeps it personable without fluff: family-owned since 2008, built on doing honest, dependable work. These are words that echo like a firm handshake—steady, trustworthy, no nonsense. The service section reads like a clear menu: sealcoating, striping & ADA compliance, crack filling, patching, and custom plans. Each one speaks to a pain point—prolonging life, obeying regulations, fixing leaks before they grow, and patching problems before they turn into missions. Contact info is prominent, the license number sits in the footer, and the whole layout is clean and intentional. In a field where trust matters, those small cues build big confidence. It’s a polished, practical site that’s not flashy—but it doesn’t need to be. It simply tells you who they are, what they do, and why it matters. That’s where you benefit from bringing me on board—I meet you in your process, whether the ask is minimal or a full refresh—and craft a solution that speaks clearly to your vision, your needs, and your budget. uniE621 RCP
Oftentimes, an agency will throw out phrases like “rebrand” or “start from scratch” when discussing a design project. What if you like the elements of your brand, and it just needs to be reconfigured? What if you have good content on your site, and it just needs to be redesigned? This was my approach with RCP. The pieces were there; it just needed a fresh approach to what was already in place. My goal with RCP was to visually tell their story while creating clear direction on the site. It’s one thing to look good, and it’s another to give clear direction. I endeavor to do both. Using clear imagery, cohesive design elements, and a hierarchy of information value, I significantly enhanced RCP’s UI/UX for their target audience. uniE621 Stephanie Rosenthal Photography
Stephanie Rosenthal is a visionary, artist, and family photographer focusing on capturing families’ unique love for each other. Her artistry reflects a heartfelt connection and life in everyday moments. When discussing her needs in the project’s beginning stages, we discussed the importance of a brand refresh since she was changing her business name. A brand refresh can seem like a daunting task, especially when you feel unsure of how to bring it all together – a logo, a website, and a new cohesive look. We started with the logo first since this is a foundational component that brings everything together. Fonts are, surprisingly, or perhaps not so surprisingly, complicated. Finding one that fits your personality, your vision, and your brand identity can feel overwhelming. I often say that finding a font is a lot like smelling perfume or cologne – after a while, they all seem to be the same. After some research and working through examples on my end, I found a font that was very fitting. Working with inspiration from other sites, combined with effective back-and-forth communication, made the process of designing the website smooth and easy. One of the best parts of working with a skilled photographer is having amazing photos at your disposal. Using subtle beige earth tones as an accent with white space and black text, the layout and structure of the site place emphasis on the photos. As a result, the site design accurately reflects the feel and skill that Stephanie has curated over the years as an artist. There are so many options out there, and finding the right one for you is crucial. This is where I can help. I’ll meet you where you are in your process and come up with a viable solution that meets you where you are in terms of your vision, the desired outcome, and your budget.
