I worked at Thales (Digital Identity & Security), within the CloudOps team, where I contributed for 2 years to various products related to digital transformation in Cloud and AI. At Thales, I had a transversal role. I integrated several Cloud products and worked closely with the development team, POs, the PM, and Data Analysts. I was mainly responsible for internal products, such as the e-learning platform, the cloud project management platform, the Design System, the official CCoE website, and the CloudDays website (annual event), in addition to other Cloud-related products. The features include data visualization, financial tracking, AI features, onboarding, dashboards, ticketing system, and more. In my UX and UI work, I applied Design Thinking and core design methodologies. I also organized and facilitated workshops, user interviews, and user tests. I understand that UX work does not stop there, I also supported the business team in prioritizing features and building the roadmap to ensure continuous product improvement and to foster Design culture within the department. My work on internal products generated concrete impacts: 150+ user interviews and usability tests 1 Design System delivered 2,000+ new users on the Oxygen platform The annual Cloud Days event gathered 2,000+ participants in 2025 4,000+ participations in our events (study groups, sharing moments, etc.) The experience of 4,000+ users on Jarvis was improved Beyond my experience at Thales, thanks to my school (ECV), I have had the opportunity to work on various projects, both real and academic. I collaborated with partners such as the City of Marseille, the Tourism Office of Aix-en-Provence, and the cultural association Chroniques, where one of the projects I contributed to was selected for future development.
