Built scalable applications for government digital transformation initiatives, including the Unified Government Portal. Architected and spearheaded migration from a legacy monolith to .NET microservices, defining microservices boundaries, data isolation, and deployment topologies via comprehensive HLD documentation. Developed distributed middle-tier business logic using ASP.NET Core Web APIs, implementing API gateway patterns (Ocelot/YARP) and event-driven asynchronous communication. Implemented CQRS with MediatR, repository/unit-of-work patterns, and EF Core data access, with MassTransit for service-to-service messaging. Established isolated databases per service in SQL Server to ensure loose coupling, transactional integrity, and high availability. Led technical planning, code reviews, and mentorship for 8 developers, collaborating with design, integration, and infrastructure teams, and delivering end-to-end solutions hosted on IIS.

Designed and developed full-stack healthcare applications with .NET Core backend and Angular frontend, implementing secure REST APIs for telehealth workflows. Managed the extraction and mapping of DDRS PDFs into predefined JSON schemas for consistent downstream processing. Owned the product lifecycle end-to-end: requirements gathering, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, and client training. Created system documentation and operational procedures for electronic data processing (EDP), ensuring secure and maintainable delivery.

Architected and delivered 20+ enterprise solutions across healthcare, insurance, and finance across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman. Key work included SFDA integration aggregating 500+ pharmacies, real-time insurance eligibility/claims/billing integrations (Qatar Insurance and partners), and delivery of a multi-tenant cloud accounting SaaS serving 200+ SMEs. Built and deployed Laboratory Information System (LIS) integrations with 50+ laboratory analyzer models using HL7/ASTM, and delivered hospital kiosk solutions (queue management, patient self-service, token display) using WPF. Integrated legacy laboratory hardware via serial servers and transmission protocols (HL7, ASTM, KERMIT, TCP/IP), eliminating manual entry and reducing turnaround time. Trained 50+ end-users, authored technical manuals, and handled documentation and deployment execution for enterprise rollouts.
