I’m Usman Ghani, a chatbot developer and full-stack web developer who enjoys building both the conversation experience and the website it runs on. I work with Python and FastAPI to design RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) pipelines so my chatbots answer using real documents and chat history instead of guessing.

I’ve built WhatsApp RAG and scholarship-guidance chatbots, and I’m currently developing a consultant automation platform that connects consultants’ own WhatsApp accounts and uses their uploaded knowledge to automate client replies. On the web side, I deliver responsive Next.js/React experiences and custom WordPress/WooCommerce solutions, using PostgreSQL, pgvector, and Redis to keep performance fast and production-ready.

UCIAS – University Management System with Integrated Chatbot

Project: University Command for Institutional Academic Systems (UCIAS) Brief: The goal was to simplify university operations by bringing academic and administrative activities together in one centralized platform. What I made: I worked on developing a responsive University Management System with React, TypeScript, Node.js and Express.js. It includes student and course management, attendance, grades, examinations, fees, scholarships, library, hostel, job placements, notifications, role-based dashboards and a rule-based chatbot. Result: Delivered a deployed web application with 12 user roles, providing centralized access to university services and helping reduce manual administrative work.
