Hi Twine team! I hope this letter finds you well and in full swing towards exciting new projects! My name is Vanessa Moore, and I've been producing video games since 2017. I've learned everything I know about asset pipelines from years of work in VFX and a deep interest in motion graphics and editing, which I fostered through college and my first years as a professional in the field as well. Through the past three years, I had worked at Naughty Dog, very closely with the Art and Game Directors for Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet. During my tenure I ran a variety of disciplines and features, but most notably, my work demanded me to be in touch with Animation as a partner team. I have experience running MoCap shoots and supervising data delivery, as well as working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere, which has broadened my capacity for risk and time management as a Producer. As Naughty Dog's Concept and Outsourcing Producer, I've had the opportunity to scope, roadmap and schedule work for internal and external teams, supporting delivery of script breakdowns, storyboards for animatics and previs. I had also had to map out and codify the Animation pipeline into steps and gates, so our IT team could scope resources for supporting external partner deliveries. Here are a few other highlights that align with your expectations for this role: ● Designed and implemented asset and feature management workflows in Jira, designing the ticket structure and report style for the whole project, while transitioning the team out of a proprietary tracking tool. ● Coached and mentored 4 juniors, directly influencing a promotion on my first year in the Kennel and supporting placement for those affected by layoffs. ● Supported Art Directors and Design Leads in holding their vision downstream and ensuring timelines, scope, budget and resource management were aligned across projects and pipelines. I am very excited about this role, and hope it doesn't take too long for us to chat; I'd be happy to tell you about all the details that couldn't fit on these pages. Please find attached a copy of my resume for further details on my job experience, and thank you so much for considering me for a position with your team! Warmly, Vanessa Moore

Hi Twine team!

I hope this letter finds you well and in full swing towards exciting new projects! My name is Vanessa Moore, and I’ve been producing video games since 2017. I’ve learned everything I know about asset pipelines from years of work in VFX and a deep interest in motion graphics and editing, which I fostered through college and my first years as a professional in the field as well.

As Naughty Dog’s Concept and Outsourcing Producer, I’ve had the opportunity to scope, roadmap and schedule work for internal and external teams, supporting delivery of script breakdowns, storyboards for animatics and previs. I had also had to map out and codify the Animation pipeline into steps and gates, so our IT team could scope resources for supporting external partner deliveries.

Here are a few other highlights that align with your expectations for this role:
● Designed and implemented asset and feature management workflows in Jira, designing the ticket structure and report style for the whole project, while transitioning the team out of a
proprietary tracking tool.

I am very excited about this role, and hope it doesn’t take too long for us to chat; I’d be happy to tell you about all the details that couldn’t fit
on these pages.

Please find attached a copy of my resume for further details on my job experience, and thank you so much for considering me for a position with your team!
