Victor Fraser

Hi there! I’m Victor Fraser, a remote music composer, arranger, guitarist, and educator based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I craft original wind band, guitar, and small ensemble repertoire that blends classical training with Celtic and folk influences. I design educational-friendly scores and parts to support student learning and performance success.

With three decades in public school music programs, I bring curriculum-focused pedagogy to writing and revisions. I thrive in remote collaboration, delivering polished scores, reference recordings, and timely communication with educators and performers to help ensembles grow and explore engaging repertoire.
