Led frontend development of two enterprise SPAs (HRMS and Logistics Platform), owning the full React.js and Redux codebase. Mentored two junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical documentation, accelerating onboarding by several weeks. Projects included HR Management System (employee lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave management, and task allocation) and Logistics Management Platform (transport and logistics operations, workflow automation).

Developed and shipped four production React applications across healthcare, fintech, and education domains. Architected state management using Redux Toolkit and RTK Query, reducing client-side data fetching boilerplate by over 50%. Integrated sensitive healthcare and payment REST APIs with strict error handling and input validation, maintaining zero critical data incidents. Collaborated with UI/UX designers to translate Figma mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces, achieving sign-off within one revision cycle.

Contributed to 3+ internal web tools supporting engineering workflows in a high-reliability environment. Developed responsive frontends using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, adhering to strict documentation and security standards.
