Modular Embedded Structural Health Monitoring Ring for ISRO's S200 Solid Rocket Boosters using the Design Thinking framework; integrated MEMS accelerometers, FBG strain gauges, RTD temperature sensors, pressure sensors, GPS/IMU, and acoustic emission sensors into a four-segment Ti-6Al-4V ring clamped externally on the SRB without structural modification. Gained experience in empathy-driven problem solving, SolidWorks-based 3D modeling, and understanding SHM systems in extreme environments. Filed a provisional patent with the Indian Patent Office.
