Overseeing 11 cast changes while travelling the world, installing 15 company shows and participating in the development of new productions; responsibilities include teaching the ensemble vocalists, ensuring each show is sung in the right characteristic, advising on vocal technique and choices, overseeing soundcheck for the main theatre productions, ensuring productions are of high quality and accurate to scores, providing people management on ship life, analyzing close harmonies within a small group of vocalists, and advising sound technicians on levels, EQ, and other production elements.

To date, I have overseen 11 cast changes whilst travelling the world, installing 15 of the company’s current shows and participating in the development of new productions, broadening collaborations to an international scale. Responsibilities include teaching the ensemble vocalists, advising on vocal technique and choices, overseeing soundcheck for the main theatre productions, ensuring productions are of high quality and accurate to scores, people management on ship life, analyzing close harmonies within a small group of vocalists, and advising sound technicians on levels and EQ.

Musically supervising productions, directing music for multiple shows; responsibilities include hiring musicians, negotiating contracts, budgeting, producing click tracks, arranging scores in Sibelius, recording backing vocals, mixing and mastering vocals and tracks in Logic Pro, overseeing quality control, managing high-profile cast members, collaborating with creatives and theatre management, and programming for main stage and Q-Lab.
