Integrated odds from three providers and applied text mining to categorize matches; standardized formats and leveraged a proprietary algorithm to deliver superior odds. Used Kafka to decouple microservices, achieving 99.9% availability and driving monthly revenue of 700M RMB. Recruited and led a 40-person backend team using Scrum to meet sprint objectives.
