Project Overview

American Medical Wellness is a web application designed to manage medical wellness services, customer payments, commissions, and sales reporting in one centralized system. The platform will support patient/customer management, service and package sales, online payments, commission tracking for doctors/therapists/sales reps, and detailed financial and operational reports.

The system will be built using Laravel and MySQL, with a secure payment gateway integration and a role-based admin panel.

User Roles

Super Admin
Full control over all settings, users, permissions, payment gateway configuration, and reports.

Admin / Manager
Manage services, pricing, staff, customers, bookings (if applicable), invoices, and reports.

Staff / Doctor / Therapist
View assigned customers, appointments, and their own commission reports.

Sales / Partner / Affiliate (optional)
View their own sales and commission history.

Core Objectives

Accept and manage online payments for wellness services and packages.
Track commissions for staff, partners, and sales representatives.
Provide clear, filterable reports for sales, commissions, refunds, and payouts.
Maintain a clean, easy-to-use admin panel for non-technical staff.
