    This series of illustrations was created for a children’s book following Rudy Jr., the son of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, as he works to earn his place on Santa’s sleigh team. The story blends classic holiday charm with modern themes, exploring resilience, bullying, self-confidence, and young love.

    My role focused on bringing personality and emotion to each character while visually supporting the narrative arc—from playful competition and team dynamics to more vulnerable, character-driven moments. The style balances warmth and humor with expressive storytelling, creating an engaging world that feels both familiar and contemporary.

    Each scene was designed to capture motion, mood, and character relationships, helping young readers connect with Rudy Jr.’s journey as he strives to prove himself and make his father and himself proud.
