August 31, 2023 - Present

Operated Sony camera shading panels at Churchill Downs Racetrack for TwinSpires' broadcast feed including the 151st Kentucky Derby and Oaks. This job requires technical knowledge of camera settings, the ability to read histograms, understanding camera settings, exposure and what aperture and other settings do to the image. It is a very fast paced environment where careful attention to detail is required to ensure multiple cameras look perfect as lighting conditions change drastically in extremely fast races.
