Systems Designer & Product Owner at Double Down (Capstone Project)
August 1, 2024 - May 1, 2025
Collaborated with an interdisciplinary 7-person team to prototype a fast-paced first-person shooter with roguelike elements. Pitched the prototype to professors and industry veterans, successfully being greenlit for 6 additional team members and expanded development time. Planned and iterated combat and upgrade systems with a focus on balance and replayability. Conducted weekly playtesting sessions and compiled testing reports. After release on Steam, the game reached over 2,000 downloads and peaked at #2 on the "New & Trending" chart for free games.
Meta Progression Designer at Project: HERO

Worked in a team of over 60 student volunteers to further develop a single-player hero shooter in Unity, focusing on a meta progression system to encourage repeated engagement and adapting components to fit new gameplay designs.
