Wanda V. Chaves is an organizational consultant, instructional/curriculum designer, professor of management and founder of Project Be Talks. Wanda worked in several departments within the Walt Disney World Company: Training and Development; Organization Development; Executive Development; and at the Disney Institute as a curriculum designer of executive retreats. She partnered with the Chief Creative Officer at Cirque du Soleil in Montreal, Canada, to develop new innovation strategies and creativity practices to support the evolution and future direction of the company. Her clients include Deutsche Bank Private Banking Latin America; Boeing Commercial Airlines; PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tel Aviv, Israel; EuroCredit Bank in St. Petersburg, Russia; The Foundation of Goodness in Sri Lanka; Verizon; Florida Blue; Brown and Brown Insurance; Sensus Metering Systems; and others. Wanda has been a university business professor for more than fifteen years. She taught as a full-time business faculty member in the MBA and undergraduate programs at the University of Tampa and was later hired to start and manage the Business of Art and Design program at the Ringling College of Art and Design. Wanda has a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and is currently a Clinical Associate Professor of Management in the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
