I am a creative all-rounder with a strong sense for both design and innovation. As a UX/UI designer, I combine aesthetic vision with a deep understanding of user experience and technical execution. Beyond maintaining and expanding design systems, I’m known for my (micro-)animations and translating complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals while collaborating seamlessly with developers. With a knack for out-of-the-box thinking and a hands-on approach, I turn abstract concepts into distinctive, high-quality designs.

Cyclis is a leading player in bike leasing, with a complex digital ecosystem for employees, employers, self-employed individuals, and dealers. The existing website provided insufficient guidance for end users and made complex processes unnecessarily difficult.
Through a series of design workshops, I worked with stakeholders to map out the main pain points. This formed the basis for a complete redesign of the Cyclis website and the further development of the customer platform. From wireframes, information architecture, and UX flows to UI design, motion design, and responsive implementation. I collaborated closely with developers and the client to ensure technical feasibility and a smooth rollout.
The result is a coherent digital experience that translates complex leasing processes into clear, user-friendly flows for every type of user.
Torfs is a Belgian footwear retailer with a strong focus on service, trust, and experience. The website plays a central role in how customers discover the brand, compare products, and make purchases.
As a UX/UI designer, I gave the Torfs website a complete refresh. I reworked the information architecture and user flows to make products easier to find and reduce choice overload. Visually, I translated the warm and approachable brand identity into a modern and consistent UI that feels clear and intuitive on both desktop and mobile.
The 18th birthday in KBC Mobile is an onboarding moment that marks the transition into official adulthood. When you turn 18, the app first welcomes you with a celebratory login screen and a personalized animation to highlight the sense of this milestone.
After that, KBC Mobile guides you step by step through the practical changes that come with becoming an adult, such as activating or adjusting banking and payment features. In this way, the app combines an emotional moment with clear, user-friendly guidance.
KBC Mobile introduced thematic modules to make complex services more accessible.
MyHome centralizes everything related to housing (renovations, energy, insurance), while MyMobility brings together mobility services (bike, car, public transport). By organizing services around context, discovery became easier, transactions became shorter, and the barrier to using new services was lowered.
“Check your call” in KBC Mobile is a fraud prevention feature that lets you verify whether you are genuinely speaking with a KBC employee (by phone, video, or during an appointment), rather than with a scammer pretending to represent KBC.
It works by allowing you to tap the “Check your conversation” button in the app while the conversation is taking place. The app then verifies whether there is an active contact with KBC at that moment. If you receive confirmation, you can continue the conversation with confidence. If you do not receive confirmation, there is a high chance you are dealing with a fraudster, and you should end the conversation and contact KBC’s fraud service, Secure4u.
This feature helps customers recognize scams quickly and easily, improving their overall safety.
SurprisePay is a feature within KBC Mobile that allows users to attach a theme to a money transfer, optionally complemented by a personal message and/or photo. The recipient receives a personalized notification, turning a regular payment into a small moment of surprise.
As a UI designer, I redesigned the entire experience, transforming an outdated user flow into a fresh, modern interface. I worked with full creative freedom on the visuals, including custom illustrations and animations, and aligned the design with analysts and developers to ensure technical feasibility and a smooth handoff. The design was developed in both light and dark mode, with tablet variants and accessibility (A11Y) integrated as a core part of the design process. This way, SurprisePay not only feels delightful, but also remains clear, accessible, and intuitive.
