Developed a research analysis chat assistant that pairs usage metrics with LLM text analysis, turning raw usability-test data into on-demand insights for designers and PMs. Led end-to-end research projects—from scoping goals and objectives, interviewing for discovery and testing solutions with users, to synthesizing insights that surface critical user pains and unmet needs.
