Owned the product end-to-end spanning problem identification, evidence gathering, field and user research, product strategy, UI/UX design, application logic, and launch planning. Structured information architecture around three escalating emergency tiers, prioritizing features supporting critical actions at each tier. Designed in Figma and built in Swift/SwiftUI with Xcode, using Claude Code to accelerate development and QA; adapted transport, mesh routing, and encryption from open-source Bitchat project.

Owned design across 4 products launched from 0 to 1 and 2 end-to-end iterations, working in Figma and shipping directly in the codebase alongside engineering. Audited the frontend and rebuilt it in React and TypeScript, authoring a token-driven component library on Headless UI with ARIA labeling, focus, and disabled-state handling, backing 10+ product surfaces. Redesigned the product interaction model around a chat-base UI, replacing multi-step workflows with a single-line input flow. Authored design.md documenting and encoding the design system as implementation rules for AI-assisted development with Claude Code; adopted across design and frontend engineering to keep AI-generated code on-system.
