I am a visual designer and illustrator based in New York, with a strong interest in children’s books and narrative-driven visual storytelling. I studied Illustration at the School of Visual Arts, where I developed a foundation in composition, color, character, and story development. My work focuses on creating imagery that feels expressive, accessible, and emotionally engaging. I enjoy building visual worlds and thinking about how images guide a reader’s experience, especially in formats where illustration and design work closely together, such as picture books and early reader formats. I have experience working on collaborative creative projects, including editorial and independent work, where I partnered with others to develop concepts from early sketches through final execution. I am comfortable iterating based on feedback and adapting visuals to support different narrative and audience needs. What sets me apart is my sensitivity to tone and storytelling detail. I care about how a page flows, how characters feel, and how visual rhythm supports reading experience for children at different developmental stages.
