I specialize in 3D reconstruction and digital modeling of historical architecture, with a focus on technically accurate visualization workflows for cultural heritage documentation and presentation. My work involves converting archival materials, architectural drawings, photographs, and spatial references into structured 3D environments using Blender-based modeling pipelines combined with photogrammetry and reference-driven reconstruction methods. Projects integrate historical research with precise geometric modeling to achieve historically informed and spatially consistent results. I aim to create virtual models and physical scale models for museums and academic researchers, using VR and 3D printing to present heritage in accessible ways. My background blends architectural education, project management, and administrative process expertise to support robust, reproducible workflows.

Work Experience

Back Office Operations Specialist at Self-Employed
March 1, 2023 - December 1, 2024
Professional experience in Czech private and public law implementation, grant program administration, and regulatory documentation. Preparation of applications, official filings, and labor law–related documentation. Operational support within the construction and landscaping sector, including invoice processing, order management, and structured handling of customer requests. Data organization and administrative workflow coordination. Client and supplier communication, technical issue resolution, and updating of technical documentation to reflect project modifications and operational changes.
3D Reconstruction Specialist at 3D chalupy
January 1, 2021 - Present
Produced historically informed 3D reconstructions of historical architecture based on archival materials, photographic documentation, and architectural analysis. Key projects included the digital reconstruction of the Tábor Synagogue and the Church in Hustopeče. For the Tábor Synagogue, demolition-phase photographic documentation enabled identification of interior spatial divisions not preserved in surviving architectural drawings. Developed Blender-based workflows focused on real-scale architectural modeling, proportional reconstruction, and historically consistent detailing. Prepared optimized outputs for visualization, VR environments (exterior, interior, and surroundings), and 3D printing of physical scale models.
Managing Director - Landscaping at Zahradu snadno
January 1, 2014 - December 1, 2023
Management of garden construction projects from design documentation to final implementation. Coordination of site execution teams and supervision of landscaping works in private and public spaces. Planning and scheduling of construction activities, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines. Communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Landscape Project Manager at Zahrada Praha s.r.o.
January 1, 2012 - December 1, 2013

3D Reconstruction of the Church in Hustopece — Digital Heritage Model

This project focuses on the digital reconstruction of a historical church located in Hustopeče, developed as part of a digital heritage visualization workflow. The objective was to create a historically informed and geometrically accurate 3D model suitable for research, visualization, and physical model production.

The reconstruction was based on archival documentation, photographic references, and architectural analysis. Missing or altered structural elements were interpreted through comparative historical study and proportional reconstruction methods.
The final output was optimized for multiple applications, including high-quality rendering, digital presentation, and preparation for 3D printing.

3D Reconstruction of the Tábor Synagogue — Digital Heritage Model

This project presents a digital reconstruction of the historic synagogue in Tábor, developed as part of a cultural heritage visualization initiative focused on documenting and interpreting architecturally lost structures through 3D technologies.

The reconstruction was based on archival materials, historical photographs, and architectural references. A key component of the workflow involved the analysis of demolition-phase photographic documentation, which enabled the identification of internal spatial divisions and structural relationships that were not preserved in surviving architectural drawings or written records. These images made it possible to distinguish interior spaces and architectural elements otherwise lacking documentation.

The modeling process followed a reference-based reconstruction methodology combining historical interpretation with precise polygonal architectural modeling in Blender. Proportional analysis and comparative architectural study were applied to reconstruct missing or altered features while maintaining historical plausibility and geometric consistency.

    Project outputs

Preparation of a physically accurate 3D printable model, including watertight geometry and optimized mesh structure suitable for scale model fabrication.

Development of a VR-ready environment representing the synagogue’s exterior, interior spaces, and its immediate architectural surroundings, enabling immersive spatial exploration and educational presentation.
The resulting model functions as a multi-purpose digital heritage asset supporting physical exhibition, immersive visualization, and communication of historical architectural knowledge.
