I am a passionate digital marketer who is experienced in elevating companies' socials to new heights with engaging content and tactical scheduling. I am driven to continually develop my skills and knowledge and consistently practice content creation, with things like video editing, graphic design and photography. I am well versed in social media management as I have overseen multiple companies’ social platforms. In terms of scheduling I would use Meta for Facebook and Instagram as that is the best partner software for those two platforms, and then I would use Buffer for any other platforms (Reddit, LinkedIn etc.). I believe that using scheduling tools like these are essential for organisation and tracking everything. The benefits of SEO is something that I often use to my advantage to boost companies that I have worked with. Monitoring things like conversions, click-through rate, keyword ranking and backlinks is important for gaining traction on your website. Just as important as SEO is tracking the data from all the new traffic, for this I would use Google Analytics. Documenting analytic data like sales, active users, time spent on page and conversion rate is a key measure of success. During my internship at Citu, I consistently display good communication skills, where I always add valuable contributions to the team discussion. In my first week, my manager complimented me on my input and confidence within the meeting. Previously, when at Belle Lingerie, I used my creative writing skills to write for the company's blog. I had to be flexible, and adapt the blog to different audiences, and the posts ultimately created more engagement with the website. I am confident in my ability to work well in a team and with a variety of different people. The best example of this was when I worked with Groundwork and often I would be shadowing different departments. Even though I was more experienced in certain areas of work than others, I was able to successfully adapt to each team on the same level. I use Trello in my current role to organise my work. At the start of each day, I am able to order each task assigned to me by my supervisor and prioritise what I think needs to be completed first. This helps give me structure to my day and get tasks completed in a more organised and timely manner. I've used a wide array of software, and due to my wealth of experience using this, I can apply my knowledge and pick up new softwares quickly. My past digital marketing experience gave me the opportunity to use softwares such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Canvas for designing, Da Vinci Resolve and Premiere Pro for video editing, and Microsoft Office for writing presentations. Thank you for taking the time to read this, I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Aiden
