    The Freaks of Laurel Creek (TFOLC) would be a half-hour young adult animated fantasy dramedy that follows three dysfunctional teens who must learn to work together and embrace their inner "freak" as they investigate the mysterious cryptids plaguing their quiet Appalachian town. The project has been a passion-project-turned-indie-cartoon in development since 2017. A homage to Southern Appalachia, TFOLC caters to young adults that had appreciated narrative-based children's cartoons of the 2010's but have since aged out of said demographic.
