Building my own list of 8 milion German companies they could reach out to, by filtering and automatically finding the right person to contact, doing the research based on public information and draft emails based on their tone of voice and specific service they offer
It was also able to schedule appointments directly from emails with prospect clients
The AI sales rep could be set automatic and with “human in the chain” to give full control over what gets sent out.
Besides connecting with the public AIs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), they ran their own internal AI for confidential information, which had its own challenges.
As this was an app they had to run on their internal server as well, to be compliant with GDPR (fully airgapped deployment), I had to deliver the app feature complete with tests and github pipelines/scripts for CICD

With this app, the tour guide can receive bookings, get inquiries, send payment links either digitally or as QR code.
