Designed and shipped core design system components, partnered with engineering on tokens, variants, and handoff specs to cut implementation drift. Led a token system initiative to consolidate ad-hoc values into a scalable token system, improving consistency across light/dark themes and reducing future redesign costs. Collaborated with PMs and engineers across end-to-end design processes, joining dev syncs and reviews to protect design content throughout. Designed bilingual (Arabic and English) and mobile-first experiences with RTL parity and approval workflows. Contributed to platform-wide consistency efforts, reducing high-impact UX debt across fragmented flows used by HR, Payroll, Finance, and worker-side personas. Designed Talentino, an AI recruitment platform, end-to-end (research, core flows, high-fidelity Figma mockups), with designs later shipped to production. Built early Talentino prototypes the CEO used in investor pitches, contributing to a successful fundraising round.
