This project involved the complete transition of a premium energy drink and sports nutrition brand to a high-performance Shopify ecosystem. As the lead Shopify developer, I moved beyond a standard Shopify theme to build a custom storefront designed for high-velocity DTC sales. My role as web designer focused on reflecting the brand high-energy identity through bold layouts and custom product pages that prioritize speed and mobile responsiveness. As a web developer and eCommerce developer, I ensured a seamless technical infrastructure, managing everything from complex liquid customizations to secure payment gateway integrations.

To maximize growth, I acted as the conversion rate optimization expert, streamlining the checkout flow and implementing strategic landing pages for core product ranges. As a marketing automation expert, I integrated Klaviyo flows, including high-impact welcome sequences and abandoned cart recovery tailored for the fitness market. To provide the brand with actionable intelligence, I served as the data analyst, executing a precise Google Analytics setup to track user behavior and attribution. This brand strategist led approach resulted in a scalable, data-driven Shopify store built to capture dominant market share in the health and fitness space.
