This project involved developing a global Shopify storefront for an international vitamin and supplement brand. As the lead Shopify developer and eCommerce developer, I built a scalable infrastructure capable of supporting worldwide shipping and multi-currency transactions. Using a highly customized Shopify theme, I worked as the web designer to create a clean, medical-grade aesthetic that translates across different cultures and markets. As a web developer, I prioritized site speed and international SEO to ensure visibility in global search results.

Serving as the brand strategist, I mapped out a global customer journey that emphasizes product safety and efficacy. I acted as the conversion rate optimization expert, localized the checkout experience, and reduced bounce rates on key supplement landing pages. As a marketing automation expert, I integrated Klaviyo to handle multilingual email marketing and automated retention flows. To measure success, I served as the data analyst, configuring a global Google Analytics setup that tracks performance across different regions, providing the brand with the data necessary for international expansion.
