Overview As Freelance Creative Director, I led the end-to-end development of the creative materials for Worcester Regional Research Bureau (WRRB)’s 2025 Annual Meeting. In my previous role at PENTA Communications, I designed this client’s Annual Meeting materials for 8 of the ten years between 2015 and 2024. WRRB.org. This high-profile and informative annual event brings together stakeholders, donors, and community leaders to highlight the WRRB’s achievements and set the vision for the upcoming year. My role encompassed managing the creative process from ideation to final deliverables, ensuring all materials aligned with the organization’s mission and brand while meeting tight deadlines. Project Scope The project included the creation of a cohesive suite of materials for the Annual Meeting, both print and digital, to engage attendees and promote the event. Deliverables included: Print and Digital Annual Report: 24-page report highlighting events, research summaries, 40th Anniversary impact timeline infographic, and interactive links (via QR codes) to detailed reports; interactive PDF version for digital distribution.
