Overview
Yoco provides everything that a growing business needs. Card machines. Online payments. Business tools. Yoco wanted to introduce and encourage more payment s to be made via NFC (tap).

Goal
Create trust between users and card payments. Encourage more users to tap their card as a payment method. Increase the overall transaction growth of NFC.

Problem
Many people in South Africa are still scared to even use a card for payment.

Overview
Pargo provides last-mile logistics in Africa, ensuring access for all. They have network points across South Africa and are expanding with a new returns process, leveraging their existing network for growth and revenue.

Goal
Users will be able to create a successful return and drop the package off a a Pargo point.

Problem
An individual eager to send back a purchase they made in-person or online order doesn’t have the time to wait at home the whole day for someone to pick it up. They desire the flexibility to return the product when it best fits their schedule.

Overview
Veriam (previously Metrics Matter) is a newly formed SaaS company focusing on Identity and Access Management, Licensing, Billing, Contracting and Payments. Assigned legal documents grant access and permissions to view particular data. In order to do this, the legal documents need to be added and managed by a Service Provider and accepted by a Service Consumer.

Goal
Create a process that allows a Service Provider to easily add and manage legal documents as well as easily allow a Service Consumer user to to accept the Terms and Conditions of the legal documents.

Problem
Legal documents, Policies and Agreements all give the user permission in some sense to view particular data. The assumption is that it can be confusing when trying to understand the difference between them and when to use which option.

Veriam (previously Metrics Matter) is a newly formed SaaS company focusing on Identity and Access Management, Licensing, Billing, Contracting and Payments. Users can either sign up as a new organization or as part of an exiting orginzation. The exiting organization can either be a single organization or it can be multiple organizations.

Goal
Create an onboarding experience that is simple and has a low drop off rate. The experience must also cater for multiple different sign up journeys.

Problem
Users may end up creating a new organization when they are already attached to an exiting organization.
