I am Carina Tien, a one-of-a-kind Voice and Presentation Skills Coach with a lifelong passion for performing arts. Since 1987 I’ve been on stage, and since 1992 I’ve run a private practice teaching voice and speech skills, culminating in the establishment of The Voice Room in 2003 to help individuals express themselves with clarity and confidence.
Beyond coaching, I serve as Associate Lecturer at the Singapore Raffles Music College, am a MOE-instructor specializing in Enrichment Life Skills and Communication Skills Training, and work as a Certified Corporate Trainer delivering workshops for MNCs and SMEs. I believe that every person can excel under stress and adversity, and I aim to spark a positive paradigm shift through engaging, research-informed training that empowers teams to communicate effectively and lead with confidence.
