Hello! I’m Cathryn Dirr, a multidisciplinary creator with over 11 years of experience in hospitality and a deep passion for psychology, wellness, and human connection. I thrive in dynamic environments where I can intuitively understand people’s needs, curate meaningful experiences, and translate moments into compelling visual and narrative content.

My background in bartending has refined my ability to read energy, anticipate preferences, and create memorable, sensory-rich experiences; skills I now bring into content creation for wellness spaces. I specialize in capturing the essence of a retreat through storytelling, aesthetic direction, and emotionally resonant content that reflects both the environment and the transformation it offers.

Beyond content creation, I’m a Kambo practitioner and personal trainer, which allows me to deeply understand the wellness journey from both a facilitator and participant perspective. I approach my work with intention, creativity, and a coaching mindset, aiming to highlight authenticity, embodiment, and connection in every piece of content.
