Ayoub Chaieb

During my time at Airbnb, I contributed to the Guest Experience team, focusing on the scalability and performance of the search and booking flow. I developed and maintained reusable React components within the company's design system and optimized backend microservices using Java and Ruby on Rails to handle high-concurrency traffic. My work included implementing Redis caching to reduce API latency, executing A/B tests to improve checkout conversion rates, and ensuring system reliability through rigorous CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to ship features that enhanced the user journey for millions of global guests while maintaining zero-downtime deployment standards.During my time at Airbnb, I contributed to the Guest Experience team, focusing on the scalability and performance of the search and booking flow.
