I was given an overlong, unedited screencapture with fast narration and no opportunity for re-recording. The challenge was to transform this raw footage into a clear, learner-friendly experience using only the existing material.
I edited and restructured the video, Using Camtasia and adding on screen text, highlighted captions and freeze frames adding zooms and visual emphasis to guide attention to key on-screen changes on the User interface of the Software. Otherwise, these were too fast or not visible. . I also edited and smoothed the narration to improve clarity and pacing. The result was a simplified first-time system overview designed for warehouse learners who could not access a sandbox environment and needed a clear, practical introduction to system changes. This version was submitted with recommendation to make a further Job Aid for on the job consuktation.
I scripted, filmed, and finalized 12-minute video on the realities of being a police officer for a major UK police force. Used for training new recruits, I scripted, filmed, directed, and delivered the video to the client for use in interactive internal workshops. It emphasized officer wellbeing, drawing on the experiences of seasoned officers as they reflected on their recruitment journey and development into their current roles. i was the interviewer off screen and probed 14 officers with 6 focused questions to elicit their stories in On Camera shots. It was recorded with lighting, Quality camera, and cordless mikes in studio environment. I post produced reviewed using Camtasia Review for coordinating with SMEs to final cut.
I included a trainer pack for workshop use and selective interactive discussions with learners using a modular approach for 90 minute workshops.

Transition hands-on crime scene training from traditional face-to-face classroom settings to a digital format. Update and digitalize existing program materials to be delivered through a Learning Management System (LMS).
Solutions:
Collaborated with the Police Lab to create 3D images of real training environments, Including training estate rooms, stolen cars, and burnt-out buildings. Developed scenario-based simulations that replicate real-world crime scenes, allowing learners to practice investigation skills. Enhanced training for First Attending Officers (FAO) by emphasizing the importance of preserving crime scenes through immersive, interactive digital experiences.
