With over 20 years of experience in learning and development, I am a strategic and dynamic curriculum developer specializing in e-learning and content creation. My mission is to design and deliver engaging, effective, and customized sales training programs that meet the needs of diverse clients and learners. Currently, I work with Revenueify, a leading sales consulting firm, to review, assess, and modernize their existing sales training content and create a hybrid certification program that can be accessed through various platforms. I also develop comprehensive facilitators’ guides, supplemental materials, and focused training modules on specific topics within the certification program. I collaborate closely with the Principal Consultant to ensure alignment of the sales training methodology with the curriculum.

I have successfully developed and delivered learning solutions for various industries, such as financial services, education, and healthcare, using advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams. I have also headed up the reimagining of instructional content and learning into e-learning for new hires at Chatham Financial and developed a robust training program to support a merger at BMO within an aggressive timeline.
