    BeSmart Finance — Mortgage Brokerage Site with Live Calculators

    A Melbourne mortgage brokerage needed more than a brochure site — they wanted visitors to work out their own numbers before enquiring, so the leads that came through were already halfway qualified.

    I built the marketing site plus a set of client-side calculators: amortised repayments, LVR, deposit, offset savings and refinance comparison. All run instantly in the browser, no page reloads or backend round-trips, so people actually finish using them. Results flow into lead capture, so an enquiry arrives with context attached.

    Built in Next.js and React, deployed on Vercel. Fast on mobile, which is where most of the traffic lands.
