Client:JK Lakshmipat University
Purpose: Official Orientation Program portal for new students (Aarambh’25)

Key Features / Requirements

1. Informational Pages
   “About Aarambh” section describing what the orientation is, its objectives, schedule, and expectation for students.
   Detailed “Events & Activities” listing (ice-breakers, workshops, cultural nights, campus tours etc.).
   Rules & Regulations section: hostel rules, zero tolerance policies, ID card mandate etc.

2. Schedule / Programme Schedule
   Daily schedule with time slots. Possibly PDF download or a dynamic schedule UI.
   Ability to update or alter schedule (admin editable).

3. Facilitators / Organizing Team Profiles
   Profiles of speakers/facilitators (biography, photo) who will conduct sessions.Organizing head and team members.

4. Gallery / Memories
   Photos / videos from previous editions to give new students a feel.

5. FAQ Section
   Common questions new students have (accommodation, attendance, movement, facilities etc.).

6. Registration / Payment Module
   Let students register, pay fees. Could integrate payment gateway.
   Form for student details, validation etc.

7. Downloads
   Rules PDF, schedule PDF, checklists (packing, what to bring).

8. Responsive Design & Accessibility
   Mobile-friendly layout.
   Clear navigation.

9. Admin Panel / CMS
   Allow client to add/edit content: events, schedule, facilitators, gallery.
   Manage registrations & payment confirmations.

10. Visual Design
    Branding consistent with JKLU (colours, logo etc.).
    Engaging, welcoming visuals to reflect orientation/freshman onboarding feel.

Front-end: HTML5, CSS3 (or frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind), JavaScript
Back-end: PHP / Node.js / Python (depending on preference)
Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL for registrations etc.
Payment Gateway: Integration (e.g. Cashfree, Razorpay)
Hosting: University server or cloud hosting
